As a Senior Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Ensure properties comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Prepare regular reports on property performance, tenant feedback, and financial metrics for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Manager, preferably within a fast-paced agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of property management practices, legislation, and market trends.
• Excellent organisational skills to effectively manage a diverse portfolio of properties.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software.
• Valid real estate certificate driver's license.
