About the Role
As a Payroll Services Officer, you will play a key role in the transactional processing and validation of employee and payroll-related data. You will manage end-to-end payroll processes, including onboarding, Masterfile changes, and payroll production. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume payroll and employee transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity by verifying and validating employee records in the HRIS.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing payroll-related inquiries promptly.
• Generate system reports to ensure compliance with award and employment conditions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and improve processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in high-volume transactional processing with strict deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
• Proficiency in electronic HRIS or similar systems (preferred).
• Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and verify payroll data.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in payroll processing.
