Payroll Officer

Location: Broadmeadows, Vic
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Pay rate: $40-48p/h +super

We are seeking a Payroll Officer for a 3-month project to support payroll processing, including back payments and system management using Empower software.

Key Responsibilities:
-Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with regulations.
-Manage and calculate back payments efficiently.
-Maintain payroll records and resolve any discrepancies.
-Utilise Empower software for payroll processing and reporting.
-Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Payroll Officer.
-Strong knowledge of back payments and payroll regulations.
-Proficiency in Empower payroll software (essential).
-Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
