What You'll Do:
The Onboarding Officer is the critical point of contact for prospective clients, their families, and representatives, orchestrating a seamless journey from pre-engagement to service delivery. This pivotal role involves executing an efficient intake process, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and managing client-specific data to ensure a smooth transition into our services. As an ambassador of Allinto, you will contribute to promoting our organisation's value proposition and building trust with clients. Your efforts will directly impact the overall client experience and the effectiveness of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Onboarding Officer, your role will include a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Client Onboarding and Communication
- Efficiently onboard new clients, ensuring the completion of service agreements.
- Respond to client queries promptly, both via phone and email, in a professional manner.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring positive, clear interactions.
Record Maintenance and Administrative Operations
- Keep accurate and up-to-date client case files and organisational records.
- Administer daily office operations, ensuring workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Regional Lead team to manage client notifications, updates, and other administrative tasks.
Support Coordination and Collaboration
- Assist the support coordination team with administrative tasks related to service coordination.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with clients and providers in the sector.
- Support organisational objectives within the intake and coordination functions.
Project Management and General Support
- Contribute to the development of effective work methods and take on simple projects to ensure organisational alignment.
- Provide general support to the Regional Lead team in achieving both team and organisational objectives.
- Resolve client and provider inquiries, offering necessary assistance and information.

Additional Requirements:
- Current unrestricted Open Driver's Licence
- Blue Card (‘Working with Children Check’) and NDIS Workers Screening Card
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR certificates (required by the end of the probationary period)
- Rights to work in Australia
