Are you an experienced leader in aged care services, looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment? What You'll Do:
As the Regional Lead, you will lead and mentor a team of Care Coordinators providing care to Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) clients. You will work closely with Allinto’s management, Vertaview Group, and key stakeholders to ensure services align with client needs and expectations. This role requires you to manage a small caseload of clients while fostering a culture of excellence and compliance across your team. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining quality standards, achieving key program objectives, and ensuring smooth operations within the Ageing Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Delivery & Compliance: Ensure that aged care services are compliant with organisational policies, Aged Care Quality Standards, and program guidelines. Lead and support the team to deliver the highest quality care while prioritising client wellbeing and safety.
- Audit & Continuous Improvement: Work with the Quality and Safety team to implement regular audits, assess care delivery, and drive improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, family members, service providers, and the Vertaview GSS team, to enhance service quality and adapt to changing client needs.
- Care Coordination: Oversee client intake, assessments, care planning, and reviews, ensuring they are tailored to individual goals, wellness, and reablement.
- Team Leadership & Development: Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision of Care Coordinators. Lead the team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and foster a positive work culture.
- Regional Growth & Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, network with stakeholders, and contribute to the development of new service models that meet community needs.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely submission of documentation while meeting all compliance and reporting requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations Manager and CEO to develop and implement regional KPIs and growth plans that align with Allinto’s strategic goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within the aged care, health, or community services sector (essential).
- Proven experience in leading client services within the aged care sector, ideally in a not-for-profit setting.
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Act, CHSP guidelines, and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate IV, Diploma, or tertiary qualification in Community Services (desirable).
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to foster positive relationships and negotiate effectively.
- A commitment to the needs of seniors from culturally diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle a large caseload in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and effective documentation and reporting practices.

- Current unrestricted Open Driver's Licence
- Blue Card (‘Working with Children Check’) and NDIS Workers Screening Card
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR certificates (required by the end of the probationary period)
