We’re growing our Inside Sales team and looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to convert leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. If you enjoy helping people, asking questions, and finding solutions, this role is for you!
The role:
- Build rapport with customers using consultative selling techniques to qualify and sell value.
- Maintain productive, conflict-free relationships with team members.
- Accurately record client interactions, sales activities, and updates in CRM in real-time.
- Keep account plans for your portfolio up to date.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Initiate contact with leads via phone, email, and other methods to present and discuss products or services
