About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will:

• Drive sales, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Generate new car enquiries, set appointments, and follow up on leads.
• Build and maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat business and generate new leads.
• Overcome customer objections and establish strong client relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve volume and profit objectives.
• Stay up to date with product features and benefits.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Must have full working rights in Australia
• Previous experience in automotive sales.
• A team-oriented attitude with a commitment to achieving targets.
• A passion for the automotive industry and excellent negotiation skills.
• Superior people and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A strong understanding of the automotive sales process.
• High energy and a customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• A hard-working attitude coupled with a sense of fun.
