Die Setter - St Mary's, Adelaide, 5042

We are currently supporting an established leader in plastic moulding solutions who are seeking an experienced Die Setter to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your technical expertise to a company that values efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient setup and operation of injection moulding machines
• Maintain machine output to ensure top efficiency and quality
• Accurately record production data, including machine settings and waste
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve automated equipment issues

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience in plastic moulding, particularly in die setting
• Mechanical aptitude and forklift driving experience
• Familiarity with Quality and Food Safety standards
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)

Preferred Background:

• Experience in plastics injection moulding in high-volume environments
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems

Shift:

This role works off of a 6 week shift rotation, an example of this rotation can be provided upon request, the shift timings are as follows.

• Day: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Afternoon: 4:00 pm - 12:00 am
• Night: 11:30 pm - 7:30 am
• Weekend Shifts: Flexible options available
