About the role

Supaflow Engineering is seeking a skilled Plastic Injection Moulding Die Setter to join our team in Meadowbrook, Queensland. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in the operation and efficiency of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

What you'll be doing

• Set up and adjust plastic injection moulding machines from 100 tonne to 450 tonne to ensure consistent and high-quality production
• Perform mould changes, adjustments, and maintenance to optimise machine performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process
• Programming 3 axis and 6 axis robots
• Monitor production runs and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
• Maintain detailed records of machine settings, production data, and any issues encountered electronically
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Plastic Injection Moulding Die Setter or similar role
• Strong technical skills and understanding of injection moulding machinery and processes
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift license essential
