As a PMO Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth project execution, supporting governance, tracking milestones, and keeping stakeholders aligned. You’ll work closely with project managers, SMEs, and external partners to maintain project controls, manage risks, and drive efficiency across the program.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and reporting.
• Support governance and ensure adherence to project frameworks.
• Coordinate meetings, document key actions, and track deliverables.
• Assist with budget tracking, resource planning, and vendor coordination.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least one year of experience in a PMO or project coordination role.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience in ERP migration projects (SAP ECC to S/4HANA is a big plus).
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, SharePoint).
