About us:
Established in 2003, Alliance Geotechnical provides innovative specialty consultancy and testing services on large scale civil and infrastructure projects. Over the last 10 years we’ve grown significantly in size, from 20-140+ employees and we now work on a diverse range of signature projects with blue-chip clients such as Acciona, Ausgrid, Jemena, CPB and Gamuda. For example, we’ve worked on projects in the Sydney Opera House, Westconnex Link Tunnel, Parramatta Light Rail, Western Sydney Airport and solar farms across Australia, to name just a few. In 2015 we opened our specialty geo-testing laboratory which liaises with universities to provide state-of-the art testing for Tier 1 companies, and which has the best equipment in Australia.
We hire for a great attitude and have built a supportive culture, as we believe that it’s our purposeful people that really drive our business success. We are continuously improving our employees’ welfare via innovations such as our well-being allowance that you can use to buy gym shoes, yoga apps or that backyard trampoline. Or maybe you would like to take a longer holiday with our purchased leave scheme. We also help you build your professional expertise by getting you to work in areas that stretch you, or with others who can help you develop your skillset.
Here are a few things we offer:
Family-friendly - our office is empty on the dot of 5.30pm, those with children often collect them from school at 3pm and then log back in remotely later to finish their work, and we offer extra paid parental leave in addition to the government scheme.
Supportive work environment - we provide an annual well-being $ amount for individual health purchases, spare vehicles in our carpool plus many social events.
Food! - Monthly bbq's which are run in turn by each department, fresh fruit every Monday and a fancy coffee machine
Work in a safe environment - We are ISO Certified for safety, quality and environmental standards.
