Role Purpose
As the Member Care Co-ordinator, you will be a key touchpoint for our Members. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, co-ordinating all aspects of membership management and growth, including the annual membership renewal program and provision of IT support to internal customers.
Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will also have:
- Demonstrated experience providing excellence in customer service in a member-based organisation or similar environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with people both internal and external to the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative, organisational skills, and time management techniques to manage workload, meet deadlines, and complete projects within workplace requirements.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyse data, assess risks, and recommend solutions within organisation policy.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve positive outcomes and a positive workplace culture.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain absolute confidentiality across aspects of the position.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain to a high standard of customer service.
- High level knowledge and demonstrated skills in the use of databases and the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- An aptitude for learning new skills and software programs
Experience in not for profit or member-based organisations and in the use of iMIS Enterprise Management System will be highly regarded.
Location
This position will be based at the National Office in Canberra. Hybrid work arrangements are available.
Employment
This is a permanent, full time position (75hours/fortnight)
