Established over a decade ago our client has a long-standing history of supplying quality cuisine to leading hotels, restaurants, retailers, caterers, manufacturers, and butchers across the world. As the Logistics Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for all areas relating to export order management and customer service.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Managing freight bookings
• Advising customers on confirmed / revised flight details
• Documentation on both air and sea freight orders – Raising Health Certificates, BOL, Certificate of Origins using Shipping System
• Checking with suppliers that product is delivering on time
• Updating or creating Excel spreadsheets
• Assisting Sales & other Logistics personnel as needed
• Filing, answering phones and other general office duties

To be considered for this role, you will have proven knowledge and expertise in Export Shipping / Logistics.

As you will have direct contact with clients, third-party service providers and colleagues you will need to have good communication skills and be able to work well within a team. Organisational, planning, time management, good geographical knowledge and problem-solving skills are essential.
