At Dustin’s Auto Sales the role of the office manager is instrumental in making sure everything in the office runs smoothly by providing overall business administration and support to the whole team.
Communication with the sales team to ensure registration, vehicle delivery, finance and customer service standards are exceptional.
We are looking for an individual ready for hard work, is self-motivated, driven and eager to learn.
Demonstrated effective time management and organizational skills are important.
Provide a high level of assistance to the Managing Director in a multitude of tasks.
Daily invoicing processing to ensure all costs are allocated against each vehicle.
HR and weekly payroll including an understanding of Fair Work and Awards.
Monitor and manage cash flow, debtors and creditor accounts, expenses, budgets and invoicing.
Preparation of BAS, payroll tax returns and bank reconciliations or ability to learn these processes.
Essental requirements
Ability to obtain a National Police Check;
Current Manual Driver’s license;
Excellent problem solving skills;
Previous experience in a small to medium business;
Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive material in an appropriate manner.
