Davis Glass which is based in Tullamarine is a glass merchant that supply, cut and deliver glass to trade and industry. We are currently looking for a bright bubbly team member to provide a positive and happy first impression to our customers and stakeholders. This position will work closely with our Production and Sales Team to provide fast responses to our customers.

Skills required

• Customer service experience (Minimum 2 years)
• A customer focused attitude with excellent relationship management skills
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Drive
• Strong attention to detail
• Time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Must be able to cope in a fast-paced work environment and work well under pressure
• Knowledge in the glass industry is a bonus (But not a must!)

Role duties include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
• Answering incoming calls
• Attend to customers and Suppliers via phone and at Reception
• General office administration
• Data entry
• Receive orders and prepare quotes
• Maintain & control purchase orders
• Support Sales, Despatch and Production Teams
• Maintaining front office area
