The Blinds Gallery are one of Perth’s market leaders in blinds, curtains, shutters and awnings. We have been a manufacturer and retailer of custom, made-to-measure window coverings to both residential and commercial customers since 1996.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scheduling and Administration assistant to join The Blinds Gallery team.

The Scheduling and Administration Assistant will be responsible for assisting in coordinating check measures and installation schedules, data entry, collating installer paperwork and ensuring seamless communication between customers, installers, and internal departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate and assist main scheduler with check measures, installation and service appointments.
  • Communicate closely with customers regarding scheduled time slots and payment collection.
  • Work closely with consultants, installers, and main scheduling team to ensure seamless installations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist with processing orders, tracking timelines, and updating records.
  • Handle customer inquiries and service requests professionally, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with factory and scheduling team to address any delays, cancellations, or rescheduling needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, or administrative coordination preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A team player who works well across departments.
