Your Role:
As a Senior Occupational Therapist (OT), you will:
- Provide high-quality, neurodiversity-affirming OT services to children and families.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise early career OTs, allied health assistants, and students.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to create holistic supports that prioritise relationships, emotional regulation, and functional skills.
- Attend and contribute to weekly professional development and case conference meetings to ensure best-practice care for clients.
- Play an active role in service development, helping to refine and expand our therapy approaches.
- Work closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment for each child.
- Deliver supports in multiple settings – clinic, homes, schools, childcare centres, and community environments.
As a Speech Pathologist (SP), you will:
- Provide high-quality, neurodiversity-affirming SP services to children and families.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise early career SPs, allied health assistants, and students.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to create holistic supports that prioritise relationships, emotional regulation, and functional skills.
- Attend and contribute to weekly professional development and case conference meetings to ensure best-practice care for clients.
- Play an active role in service development, helping to refine and expand our therapy approaches.

What We're Looking For
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, or SPA registration as an Speech Pathologist
- Strong understanding of sensory processing, play-based therapy, and developmental approaches.
- Passion for working in a relationship-based, child-led model.
- Experience or interest in the DIR® Floortime model (training provided if needed).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A deep understanding of Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and sensory processing challenges.
- Passion for family-centred and play-based therapy, using creative and engaging interventions.
- A desire to work holistically and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- A flexible, warm, and relationship-focused approach to therapy.
