Your Role

As an Occupational Therapist or Speech Therapist, you will:

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to NDIS participants, supporting their functional independence.
• Deliver therapy onsite (Collinsville & Mareeba) and via telehealth to increase accessibility for participants.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with participant goals and NDIS requirements.
• Maintain NDIS-compliant documentation and outcome reporting.
• Work within the NDIS Code of Conduct, ensuring participant safety, dignity, and rights.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and support teams to provide holistic care.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Occupational Therapist (AHPRA) and Speech Pathologist (SPA)
• Experience or understanding of NDIS frameworks and participant rights
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and person-centered therapy approach
• Experience with telehealth service delivery (preferred but not essential)
