What You'll Be Doing:

You'll play a vital role in supporting a broad range of HR functions. This opportunity will allow you to work on projects like:

• Assisting in the review and creation of HR policies, frameworks, and procedures.
• Supporting the delivery and updating of mandatory Learning and Development programs.
• Contributing to staff consultation efforts by analysing data and preparing recommendations.
• Providing valuable input into the performance development framework review.
• Assisting with preparations for the annual Staff Survey.
• Supporting Work Health and Safety activities, including committee administration and governance support.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for someone with a solid HR background, who is ready to take on a variety of challenges. If you have:

• A tertiary qualification in HR or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
• Availability to start immediately and a willingness to commit to a fixed-term contract.
