The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Advisor to join a fast-paced, high-performing team on a 2-month contract, with the potential for extension. This is an exciting chance to work with one of Australia’s most recognised FMCG brands in a true generalist role - where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for recruitment agencies, ensuring hiring managers are supported throughout the process.
• Manage contract variations, inductions, and onboarding.
• Provide HR reporting and action engagement survey outcomes with managers.
• Support and coach managers on ER matters, including performance management and absenteeism.
• Handle HR administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee cyclical HR activities, such as performance reviews.
• Contribute to a variety of HR projects.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Advisor, or HR Business Partner—we’re open to different levels of experience, as long as you have the right attitude.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and own tasks.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative and can-do attitude, with excellent problem-solving skills.
