We're looking for a passionate and organised leader to help run our deli café with efficiency and energy!

What You’ll Do:

• Train and support staff, maintaining high service and sales standards.
• Uphold strict food safety and hygiene practices.
• Light cooking - roast, soups, quiches etc
• Opening/closing duties
• Manage stock levels, control costs, and review supplier pricing.
• Strive for quarterly KPI bonuses with proactive goal tracking and clear weekly reporting.
• Reduce waste while maintaining top-quality food and presentation.
• Create efficient rosters to balance staffing and wage costs.
• Keep the deli café clean, organised, and inviting.
• Ensure consistency by following recipes and presentation standards.
• Plan and run promotions, events, and upselling initiatives.
• Menu pricing and development of seasonal offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of café or deli management experience.

• A natural people-person who thrives on building rapport and making customers feel at home.
• Proven skills in cost control, rosters, stock ordering, and team training.
• Passionate about quality food and high-level customer service.
• Hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to jump in alongside the team.
• Experience managing a loyal customer base and fostering a welcoming community feel.
