The Roles:
We’re seeking enthusiastic leaders for the following full-time positions:

• Store Manager: Lead a high-performing team, driving sales growth and overseeing all aspects of store operations. Offer: Up to $85,000 + $800 monthly bonuses + travel allowance
• Assistant Manager: Support store leadership, coordinate operations, and motivate team members to achieve targets. Offer: Up to $68 000 + $200 monthly bonuses + travel allowance
• Duty Manager: Perfect for emerging leaders eager to grow. Play a key role in daily operations while gaining valuable management experience. Offer: Up to $63 000 + $200 monthly bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and inspire diverse teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Manage daily operations, from stock control to ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain high standards in store presentation, cleanliness, and service quality.
