The Position

With a number of new projects launching throughout Sydney this year, they require a Sales Associate to work directly with their number one Sales Agent. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the agent at display suites to showcase the projects
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Building and maintaining a database of client contacts
• Handling new buyer enquiries and existing buyer relationships
• Dealing with any buyer requests and negotiating with buyers
• Full support to the agent through the sales process up until settlement
• Attending sales meetings and company training events

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Associate will have:

• Previous experience in residential real estate as a Sales Associate, Sales Assistant or perhaps a Leasing Consultant or previous experience in house and land or project sales in a support capacity
• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence essential
• Available to work Saturday with a day off during the week
• High energy, positive attitude and a people person who enjoys engaging in conversation
• Hungry for success and progression, self-motivated and passionate
• Proactive and on the ball with a 'can do' attitude
• A strong communicator who can build rapport effortlessly
• A Grade presentation and a highly professional approach a must
• Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
