The Position
With a number of new projects launching throughout Sydney this year, they require a Sales Associate to work directly with their number one Sales Agent. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the agent at display suites to showcase the projects
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Building and maintaining a database of client contacts
- Handling new buyer enquiries and existing buyer relationships
- Dealing with any buyer requests and negotiating with buyers
- Full support to the agent through the sales process up until settlement
- Attending sales meetings and company training events
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Associate will have:
- Previous experience in residential real estate as a Sales Associate, Sales Assistant or perhaps a Leasing Consultant or previous experience in house and land or project sales in a support capacity
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence essential
- Available to work Saturday with a day off during the week
- High energy, positive attitude and a people person who enjoys engaging in conversation
- Hungry for success and progression, self-motivated and passionate
- Proactive and on the ball with a 'can do' attitude
- A strong communicator who can build rapport effortlessly
- A Grade presentation and a highly professional approach a must
- Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
