Servicing clients nationally in the areas of workplace law, construction and commercial law, this firm is uniquely positioned to capitalise on existing industry networks.

Your New Role
Joining this close-knit team, you will be responsible for providing clients with complex workplace relations advice and award interpretation, union related matters, as well as matters in the Federal Court, Human Rights Commission and Fair Work. Acting for both employees and some employer work, you will also work on enterprise agreements, unfair dismissals, and WH&S.

You will predominately work on employer focused matters, however there will also be scope to service employees and also assist with shaping industry policy.

Your Skills Profile

• 5+ years PAE in employment law;
• Strong analytical, critical and drafting skills;
• Effective and timely file management;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and
• A professional, client focused and ethical approach
