The People and Culture (P&C) team are on the lookout for a motivated and detail-orientated Recruitment Administrator to join our People and Culture team and help us attract and integrate top talent into our organisation.
A little about the role:
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will manage the recruitment activities for Centre roles across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring National Storage maintains the necessary staffing levels and assist with Head Office and Contact Centre recruitment on an ad hoc basis.
Your primary focus will be on proactively sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent while facilitating their smooth integration across all locations within the company.
Reporting to the Talent Advisor, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant recruitment processes from start to finish, following National Storage’s standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously improve and implement recruitment processes in alignment with business goals, working with leadership to establish and maintain recruitment timelines.
- Effectively liaise with leaders to understand recruitment requirements and provide guidance on relevant salary banding/skills/level required, ensuring this is within budget and all positions are approved prior to advertising.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for Centre employees, including resume screening, candidate shortlisting, phone screenings, interview coordination, providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates, and recommending top candidates, ensuring consistent communication throughout.
- Develop and post job advertisements that align with National Storage’s standards to attract high-quality talent using our internal recruitment platform.
- Support the People & Culture Talent Advisor and the wider P&C team with additional recruitment tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.
