The Property Transaction Officers are responsible for the successful implementation of acquisition and divestment strategies of Land owned, controlled, or managed by Homes Victoria or the Secretary of the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing. The role supports the team in the identification, assessment and acquisition of new dwellings through collaboration with a range of stakeholders.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

  • Support the broader acquisition programs, which includes active sourcing of suitable properties for acquisition.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of property specific reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet, and agency submissions.
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach.
