FLOOR MANAGER

You’re a Passionate & talented Floor Manager, Great at Sales, with Major Flair, Initiative & a Passion for the Theatrical! You’re looking to distill your skills and experience into an exciting new career!

You’ll have / be:

  • Minimum 3-5 plus years experience in a high-volume, Great Restaurant/high end Cocktail Bar environment
  • A passion for exemplary service with a feel for the theatrical
  • Great initiative
  • Self management skills
  • Amazing collaborative skills
  • Great passion & skills in sales & up selling
  • Excellent knowledge of great food, classic cocktails, beers, wines & spirits
  • Creativity and imagination in developing a fresh and magical style of service
  • Ability to lead a floor team with positivity, with training junior waiters to our highest standards is an absolute priority
  • Understanding of KPIs, COGs and rostering
  • Complete RSA knowledge
  • A good knowledge of POS & booking systems
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
  • A charming, engaging, friendly and vibrant personality
