About the Role
BOQ Group is expanding, and we're looking for passionate individuals to join our team. As a KYC Refresh Analyst, you'll play a key role in enhancing our Ongoing Customer Due Diligence (OCDD) processes to ensure compliance with AML/CTF regulatory requirements.
In this role, you'll be responsible for contacting customers to validate and update their KYC information in accordance with OCDD procedures. You'll accurately update customer details in our core banking systems while meeting team and individual KPIs.
Additionally, you'll independently manage assigned cases within our AML platform, handling tasks such as opening, pausing, and closing cases. Maintaining the confidentiality of customer information in line with internal policies is paramount. You'll also deliver on agreed targets, communicate progress, and escalate any issues to leaders.
About you
