About the Role

Joining the team as a Customer and Partner Service Analyst in the Client Service Centre (CSC) which is the first point of contact for BOQ Specialist (BOQS) clients, providing a premium service. Our team handles client queries across all BOQ Specialist products, including residential lending, commercial lending, savings, and transactional products.

In the Home Loan Support role within CSC, you will provide specialised support to BOQS clients for their residential loan servicing needs, including handling loan variations, discharge requests, pricing approvals, offset account setup and linkage, and basic product enquiries and tasks. This client-facing role is an integral part of the BOQS Private Bank client experience. You will interact with both the Private and Managed portfolio Relationship Executives, Associates, and clients, encompassing a broad range of industries such as Medico, Accountant, HNW, Business Owners, and Corporates.

About you

The ideal candidate - someone with an undergraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Business, or prior banking experience. You should have customer/client service experience and banking knowledge.

You’re organised, detail-oriented with communication skills that are top-notch, allowing you to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders and present information clearly. You’re proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and ensure everything runs smoothly. Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities are essential.
