About the Role

We seek a reputable and experienced Front of House professional to join our team in the Brisbane Motor Museum's cafe, kitchen, functions and gift shop.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Engage with the customers
• Processing customer orders
• Assisting with the general operation of the cafe, kitchen, gift shop & museum
• Ensure the tidiness of the venue
• Assisting with functions, corporate meetings and events
• Potential for shift supervisory role
• Barista experience not required

Applicant Requirements

• FOH experience in a fast-paced cafe environment
• Ability to work a rotating roster (including weekends and week days)
• Focused on improving quality & presentation
• Driver's licence (preferred)
• Pride & attentiveness to detail
• Positive & thorough attitude
• Constructive & willingness to learn
• Able to work independently & in a team environment
• Adaptive and able to think on your feet
• Food Handler Safety Certificate essential (or willing to obtain)
• Corporate meetings, functions and events experience highly regarded
