About the role

Ministra Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House to join our team in Swanbourne, WA. This is a casual role, offering flexible work hours to fit your lifestyle. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking customer orders and communicating these effectively to the kitchen staff
• Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous fashion
• Maintaining a clean and organised service area
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
• Assisting with side duties such as restocking and light cleaning as needed

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or wine bar setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and attentive service
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment
• A sound knowledge of wine varietals and production and a desire to learn more about it
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
