About the role

Venture Education are seeking a driven and experienced RTO Support (Lead Enrolments & Student Support) to join our team in Brisbane. This full-time role will be responsible for leading the support team with enrolment growth strategy and process improvement; providing high-quality student onboarding support, to ensure an exceptional experience for all our learners.

What you'll be doing

• Managing the end-to-end enrolment process, from initial inquiries to finalising student onboarding.
• Providing responsive student support, addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Support student onboarding, progression and engagement, and implementing targeted interventions to support student success
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with the training team to ensure seamless delivery of student-focused services
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of student support processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a student services or enrolments role within the vocational education and training (VET) sector with an understanding of the Early Childhood (CHC) qualifications
• Strong customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to provide responsive support to students
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with students, staff and external stakeholders
• Proficient in the use of CRM software and Student management systems
• Thorough understanding of VET regulatory requirements and compliance standards
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
