We are seeking a Student Success Advisor in supporting students throughout their academic journey. This position acts as a vital link between the academic team, student services, learning support teams, and students themselves. The core focus of the role is to ensure students are set up for success, actively supported, and engaged throughout their studies via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

The Student Success Advisor will provide accurate advice and administrative services to students, contributing to their overall experience. You will work across the student life cycle to foster meaningful engagement, enhance student satisfaction, and improve retention rates.

• Monitor new student enrolment data to provide Heads of Department with insights into student academic standing and performance.
• Coordinate the monitoring of attendance and engagement in all units’ pre-census.
  Monitor student performance, identify risks and resolve student concerns through prompt issue resolution and coach to improve student retention.
• Respond to student queries sent through the ACPE Student Portal.
• Provide academic support services to students including course advice, enrolment assistance and administrative services throughout the student life cycle after admission.
• Assist with enrolment, assessment follow up, assessment submissions and special consideration issues.
  Provide support for enrolment and re-enrolment sessions and respond to referred prospective student questions.
• Interact with academic staff and support staff to ensure student issues are resolved timely.
• Contribute to student engagement strategies aimed at improving transition, retention, and academic success.
• Mentor and guide enrolled students to stay on track.
• Liaise with Student Learning Services team to arrange academic support, including literacy, numeracy, and other student services.
  Provide feedback to the Dean and Head of Departments regarding student concerns.
  

About You

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience and/or education/training.
• Administrative experience in an education context.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
