Receptionist Position – Move Physiotherapy Beeliar

Join Our Team at Move Physiotherapy!

We are looking for a friendly and efficient receptionist to join our Move Physiotherapy Beeliar clinic. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in an Allied Health setting and familiarity with HICAPS and Private Health Claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the Front Desk: This is your space to oversee and maintain.
• Appointment Scheduling: Managing diaries, booking clients, and ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Clinic Maintenance: Light cleaning duties, including vacuuming, to keep the clinic presentable.
• Customer Experience: Creating a welcoming environment and fostering positive client interactions.
• Collaboration with Healthcare Providers: Coordinating with GPs and other Allied Health professionals, arranging meetings between ownership and nearby clinics.
• Billing & Processing: Handling Medicare, DVA, third-party, and patient billing transactions.

Hours & Location:

• Work Hours: Minimum 25 hours per week, up to 30 hours per week (with potential for additional hours during staff leave).
• Typical Schedule: Monday – Thursday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.
• Flexibility: Some occasional weekend work may be required (though rarely).
• Primary Location: Move Physiotherapy Beeliar, with occasional shifts at our Booragoon location to cover staff when needed.

• Experience with Cliniko Practice Management Software.
