An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join this hands on team, on a maximum-term 6 month contract. Reporting to an experienced and supportive HR Manager, the HR Business Partner is responsible for day to day HR activities, including HR Policies and contracts; employee coaching and discussions; performance management; assisting with HR strategic initiatives; change management; and management of staff rosters and working activities.

To be successful in this role you will have proven HR Business Partner experience, a collaborative and team focused approach, outstanding communication skills and a solid understanding of the Fair Work Act and Award application. HR qualifications are essential for this role, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, will be highly regarded. This role is full time, 5 days per week, and is based on site in the office of our client in Ballarat, Victoria.
