Are you experienced in HR and ready to take on a key role that makes a real impact? OIR is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who can step in, solve problems and support OIR's managers and employees to thrive.

In this role, you'll:
• Partner with senior leaders and managers to address complex and sensitive employment relations matters and workplace change
• Use data-driven insights to inform long-term strategies to address emerging workforce needs
• Lead workforce planning and implement HR policies and procedures
• Respond to conduct and performance matters and assist with supporting resolution of complaints, grievance investigations and discipline matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Learning & Development, Organisational Safety, Organisational Culture, Finance and Ethical Standards to deliver impactful, organisation-wide people solutions. This position is supported by a skilled HR team and reports to the Manager. While the role has no direct reports, you'll collaborate with key partners, including our Principal HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Partner, and HR Services to achieve shared goals.
We're looking for someone who can:
• Work alongside senior leaders and managers to solve workplace issues, including employment relations and organisational changes
• Use real-world data to shape long-term workforce strategies
• Lead workforce planning and ensure HR policies are put into action effectively
• Handle performance and conduct matters, including resolving complaints, investigations, and discipline processes; and
• Collaborate and negotiate to deliver practical solutions that benefit everyone.
