This role will be well suited to a HR Business Partner looking for their next opportunity. You will have experience in leading and improving processes. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will be instrumental in providing HR support and advice across the business and will Partnering with senior stakeholders, this role is has a broad remit and with your collaborative and hands on approach you will help drive high performance and effective outcomes across the business.

You'll partner with leadership to develop people strategies that enhance performance, support employee engagement, and nurture an inclusive environment. Key responsibilities cover:
- Partner closely with key senior stakeholders on all HR related matters, programs and projects
- Provide timely and practical HR advice across all areas of the business and to key stakeholder groups
- Work closely with the wider HR team to plan and deliver initiatives that align people with the goals and objectives of the company (ie, talent, strategy, performance, remuneration reviews etc)
- Contribute to the design and implementation of relevant HR Services
- Review and update current policy and procedures to ensure best practice
- Case management, performance management and investigation
- Support recruitment processes
Our preferred candidate will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
- Extensive expertise in generalist HR consulting within a large, complex and multi-site organisation
- Proven ability to build respectful relationships with employees at all levels
- Strong planning and organisational skills - prioritising work, deal with competing demands to ensure tight deadlines are met
- Be up to date with contemporary HR practices
- Hold a current National Police Clearance
In addition to your strong generalist skills, you will enjoy working in a high performing, collaborative team. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and have a solutions focused approach to your work.
This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
