Key responsibilities cover:

• Partner closely with key senior stakeholders on all HR related matters, programs and projects
• Provide timely and practical HR advice across all areas of the business and to key stakeholder groups
• Work closely with the wider HR team to plan and deliver initiatives that align people with the goals and objectives of the company (ie, talent, strategy, performance, remuneration reviews etc)
• Contribute to the design and implementation of relevant HR Services
• Review and update current policy and procedures to ensure best practice
• Case management, performance management and investigation
• Support recruitment processes

Our preferred candidate will possess:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
• Extensive expertise in generalist HR consulting within a large, complex and multi-site organisation
• Proven ability to build respectful relationships with employees at all levels
• Strong planning and organisational skills - prioritising work, deal with competing demands to ensure tight deadlines are met
• Be up to date with contemporary HR practices
• Hold a current National Police Clearance

In addition to your strong generalist skills, you will enjoy working in a high performing, collaborative team. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and have a solutions focused approach to your work.

This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
