WOW Recruitment is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join a leading provider of innovative construction equipment solutions. We seek a dynamic team player committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Location: Newcastle
Salary: $130 - 150k + Super + Car + Bonus
Working Model: Field based
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategic account plans tailored for key civil construction clients.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers in targeted accounts.
- Seek out and develop new business opportunities within established accounts.
- Deliver expert knowledge of products and technical assistance to customers.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and outstanding customer service.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance to highlight areas requiring improvement.
- Actively identify potential rental opportunities aligned with clients' operational needs.
- Manage a territory traveling to see customers across your region
Requirements:
- Strong experience and tenure in the construction, agriculture, or industrial equipment rental, with civil construction experience being particularly beneficial.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the construction equipment industry and its market dynamics.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
