As a Pharmacist Business Development Manager at Wizard Pharmacy, you will be a pivotal force in coordinating and elevating health services across our stores. Responsible for overseeing health clinic schedules, program coordination, medication advisory improvements, and store processes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with professional pharmacy standards. MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Health Services Coordination:

• Coordinate health clinic schedules and programs for stores.
• Implement improvements in Hola meds and store processes.
• Review Medadvisor missed opportunities and conduct store follow-ups.
• Review and revise store performance in conjunction with Arrotex.
• Follow up on initiatives rolled out in stores.

Content Management:

• Approve health content and ensure its alignment with professional standards.
• Create health content information for dissemination.
• Review the suitability of OTC products, vitamins, and first aid items upon request.

Workflow and Technology:

• Improve dispensary workflow with technology, platforms, and software providers.
• Evaluate and engage with technology providers for enhancements.

Training and Development:

• Develop and oversee pharmacy student training programs.
• Implement intern training and development programs.
• Provide training for pharmacists and pharmacist managers.
• Engage in franchisee and store development programs.

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure compliance with professional pharmacy standards and PSA standards.
• Incorporate standards into Wizard procedures and policies.
• Stay updated on legislative changes and ensure compliance across different states.

Organizational Engagement:

• Drive engagement with franchisees and store teams.
• Provide clinical guidance and maintain procedures for new programs and legislative updates.
• Organize internal and clinical development day agendas and presentations.

Brand Leadership:

• Support franchise onboarding processes for new franchisees.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with all franchise partners.
• Monitor brand compliance and process compliance.
• Actively participate in projects and support dispensary, category, and retail reviews.
