About Us

Covering Mid North Coast, Newcastle, The Hunter Valley, Maitland area, Singleton, Muswellbrook, Lake Macquarie, and the Central Coast area, Allied Crane Hire have mobile cranes available for wet and dry hire to suit all types of applications, from residential and commercial construction to general industry, mining, and private projects.

Reporting to the Administration Manager the Accounts Assistant will aid Allied Crane Hire as it experiences unprecedented growth in the market.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

Data Entry of Timesheet.

Accounts Payable Entry and Processing.

Accounts Receivable Assistance where required.

Assisting the Administration Manager as required.

Assisting in the Accounting Function.

Perform administrative tasks as needed.

To be successful for this role you will possess the following:

Good Computer & Technical Skills.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

A friendly nature and desire to help.

Ability to prioritise tasks & an eye for detail.

A proactive approach with good problem-solving skills.

Ability to work as a team and work independently.

Design and maintain filing and storage systems in the office.

Knowledge in accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel & Word).

Worked with accounting software XERO - Desirable.

Excellent Data entry skills.

Strong organizational skills.
