What You'll Do

As an integral part of the team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and assisting the accounting team and senior managers/partners.
  • Managing phone bookings and answering queries.
  • Generating routine correspondence and scheduling appointments.
  • Performing administrative data entry and mail distribution.
  • Assisting clients with bookkeeping needs.
  • Preparing and maintaining office documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Coordinating office supplies and managing inventory.
  • Organising meetings and preparing meeting agendas or minutes.
  • Assisting with filing and ensuring proper document management.
  • Overseeing office cleanliness and coordinating with facility services.
  • Providing support for internal and external events or presentations.
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients and addressing their inquiries.
  • Performing ad hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations.

What We're Looking For

We value initiative, accuracy, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Office Tools.
  • Experience in bookkeeping or a similar role (preferred, but not essential).
