About Us

We are a rapidly growing construction company seeking a dedicated accountant to assist in managing our financial duties to accommodate our steady growth.

Our small and friendly team offers this flexible position with ample opportunity for professional growth as we evolve alongside our projects and teams.

Our office is based in Lane Cove, the candidate needs to be able to commit to 2-3 days per week minimum.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle accounting
• Invoicing claims for ongoing projects (Xero)
• Payroll management
• Bookkeeping/Reconciliations
• Preparation and distribution of payments for suppliers, bills, and expenses
• Liaison with the accountant for BAS and end-of-year tax

What We Are Looking For:

• Construction/Project Accounting experience is a Must
• Experience Accounting for Formwork and Steel fixing trades are highly advantageous
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
