About the Role:
Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to oversee the structural phase of a multi-residential apartment project in Brisbane. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing on-site operations, ensuring quality workmanship, and driving the project to completion on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all structural works, including formwork, steel fixing, concrete placement, and structural framing.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety regulations.
• Monitor construction progress and proactively address any site challenges to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with industry standards, building codes, and WHS requirements.
• Collaborate with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and Engineers to deliver project milestones efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports and safety documentation.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Structures Foreman in large-scale residential or commercial projects over the value of $50m.
• QBCC Open Supervisors License
• Strong knowledge of structural construction methodologies, particularly in reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Ability to interpret structural drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound understanding of WHS regulations and ability to enforce a strong safety culture on site.
• Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating trades to meet deadlines.
• White Card and relevant industry qualifications.
