An award-winning, national practice is seeking a talented senior interior designer to join their creative and dynamic Sydney team. You will be a highly motivated designer with the ability to work a project from initial concept stages through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and build rewarding relationships while working across high-end multi-residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Working concept through to delivery on multi-residential projects
• Liaise with external consultants, suppliers and contractors
• Production of working drawings, detailing and delivery and implementation of drawing packages
• Assist with maintaining existing and developing new client relationships
• Manage deadlines
• Mentor junior team members and guide their design processes and training

Skills and experience

• Relevant Tertiary qualifications
• Revit proficiency
• Working at a level equivalent to 6+ years experience
• Ability to produce high-quality detailing, spatial layouts, scheduling and finishes selection
• Experience working on multi-residential projects
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic environment
