JPS has partnered with a renowned builder/developer based on the Gold Coast, specialising in the delivery of major multi-residential projects, valued from $100mil to $400mil. With a commitment to excellence, they manage projects from conception through to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes that exceed expectations.

The Role:
As a result of their constant growth, our client is currently seeking a Finishes Foreman to focus on the delivery of their pipeline of multi-residential developments across the Gold Coast.

Your first project will be a $130mil apartment tower in Varsity Lakes, and you will be responsible for coordinating trades and materials, managing staff, and ensuring a strong focus on safety. This project is due for completion at the end of this year, at which point you will roll onto another of their GC builds.

• Salary package of $160k - $200k + Super

About You:

• Finishes Foreman leading finishing trades on multi-residential towers, $80mil+
• Trade or tertiary qualified
• High attention to detail, great communication, and strong building knowledge
