Role Description

We are seeking a Finishes Foremen to join our dynamic team on a large-scale multi-residential project on the Gold Coast. This role offers the opportunity to work on flagship projects and be part of a close-knit team that values quality and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Must have multi res experience.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors to achieve high-quality finishes in line with project specifications.
• Coordinate site logistics, including material delivery and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Manage day-to-day site activities in accordance with the programme.
• Develop and manage both long and short-term programming.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety outcomes.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards.
• Organise the completion of defect works in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Must have multi res experience.
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence.
• Trade background with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, managing finishes trades on large-scale multi-residential apartments.
• Stability and good references with previous employers.
• Strong people management skills.
• Passion and drive to deliver a quality product with high attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of OHS procedures.
• Current First Aid Certificate preferred.
• White Card.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
