Our JUNK team is looking for a friendly, motivated and passionate Sales Representative who has the ability to work autonomously, is experienced in sales and is passionate about growing and developing our brand.

The Role:

Reporting to the Management Team, this role is based out of Geelong with the expectation of travel in the Melbourne Metropolitan area. You will be responsible for the creation of new business partnerships and lead generation, including:

• Proactive sales, marketing & lead generation
• Cold-contact business prospecting
• Travel to various business across the Geelong & Melbourne regions to promote and secure new partnerships
• Entering customer storage booking and personal details into our customer management system (CRM)

About You:

The role suits an experienced sales executive looking to grow and develop an exciting brand in a growing market. Working Monday to Friday only, this suits candidates looking to reclaim their weekends and work-life balance.

A successful candidate for the role will:

• Have exceptional customer service skills
• Enjoy and thrive on understanding customers’ needs and providing solutions
• Proven strong sales background in real estate, self storage or other phone/web based sales preferred
• Ability to stay positive and focused in a competitive and consultative environment
• Ability to work autonomously
• Good data-entry and computer skills
• Current driver’s licence
• Exceptional customer service skills
