About the role

We have an opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to be part of our Service Desk team. The Service Desk analyst provides a range of quality ICT call centre services to NSW Police Force customers to support the efficient operations of NSW Police Force business. ICT Service Desk, a part of Technology and Communication Services Command, is the first in line in providing quality business technology support to NSW Police Force.

This role will allow you to work collaboratively on ICT initiatives that support the community through policing practices and explore opportunities for personal growth and development and training programs.
