Our Federal Government client requires 2 Level 1 Service Desk Analysts to provide a high level of customer service and support to their users.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with Incident management and request fulfilment for staff.
- Address and resolve basic incidents and requests received via phone, email and our ticketing systems.
- Queue management via the department’s service management tool.
- Win 10 and O365 System Administration.
- Basic user training.
- Application Support including Office 2016.
- Knowledge Base Development.
- Responsibility for compiling and troubleshooting issues before progressing to Tier 2/3 teams.
Skills required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures.
- Interested in career development, Self- Development, training and furthering their career.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with good attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
Role particulars:
Submission deadline: 19/02
Duration: mid-March - 30 June 2025
Extension/s - For any period(s) up to 30 June 2027
Eligibility: Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain NV1 Clearance
Location: Canberra, A.C.T
Working Arrangements - 40 hours per week - This role is located in the Canberra office and the successful candidate will work on site, however flexible working arrangements may be considered and agreed upon request. Please note, the arrangement for the first 6 weeks is full time on site for training purposes.
