As an Inside Sales Rep at Royal Wolf Australia, a United Rentals Company, you will be a key customer contact at our branch located in Hume, with responsibility for quoting, selling and fulfilling orders for our equipment and services to meet customer needs.

What you'll do:

• Establish new hire and sales accounts by proactively responding to inbound customer calls and walk-ins
• Process rental quotes, reservations and contracts
• Keep the momentum going with follow-up calls
• Generate leads for new business and communicate leads
• Warm call on lost and/or dormant accounts to retain business

Here’s what we are looking for:

• Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in retail sales and customer service
• Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Computer literate and has experience using order entry systems
